Update: Listening to Phil Angelides now, who is running for Governor in '06. To his credit, he got his name off that damn DLC list. (Now, I'd like to see him get off the charter school bandwagon). I'll take Angelides over the current politician sitting in the Governor's seat.

I see Assemblyperson Jackie Goldberg is up later. She is a former teacher with experience in the combat zone of Compton Unified. Goldberg is totally on track with what's going on in public education in California.
