Dare I say I've been having urges to visit my favorite chocolate shop?

See's Candies. They're a local outfit but I'm biased. I like their chocolates better than Godiva's (why are they considered such hot stuff?) and other assorted stores. And I have fond childhood memories of their chocolate Easter eggs, which used to leave me in total sugar shock. Evil evil stuff to give to little kids.

Your opinion: what is the best freaking chocolate in the whole world?

I do deign to crave good ol' American Hershey's (chocolate is chocolate, for goodness sakes, when you really need it).
