New Kerry ads in WV (and Ohio)

New ad buys on TV stations by the Kerry campaign in WV, after a lull. The most interesting part of this article is the ad buy connection with Ohio. Didn't occur to me that WV and Ohio markets overlapped in areas.
Buying advertisements at area television stations helps the Kerry campaign reach southeast Ohio, which is a highly competitive region, said Bray Cary, the president of West Virginia Media Holdings, which owns WOWK TV-13.

"They haven't come back into West Virginia. They're trying to reach parts of Ohio," Cary said.

"They never went off in Wheeling, for example, and half of that market is Ohio. It was a small buy only predicated at Ohio. It's not about West Virginia. It's all about Ohio. They haven't changed; it's just that Ohio has become more competitive."
