Friday Chocolate Blogging

Warning: The following will cause reactive hypoglycemia, to say the least, if consumed all in one sitting. Those who are diabetic or prone to wild swings in blood glucose levels, please refrain from reading any further.

Did I ever tell you I like Fudge?

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate bar

Line an 8 inch square pan with foil. Melt chocolate any way that works for you. The classic way is to melt it in a double boiler. Add

14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

Stir. Add

1 tbsp vanilla extract.

Add nuts (walnuts, 1 cup chopped) if you'd like.

Pour into pan. Place in fridge couple of hours. Scrape pot with rubber spatula to get the rest of the chocolate left in the pot. Consume right away. Make sure you lick the spatula and bowl completely clean.

Wait two hours. Cut up fudge; consume in teeny tiny bites while working on your blog.
