The corporate conservatives win

This morning, I find myself in a bad mood after viewing the front page of the LAT. Somehow, I don't find it reassuring to find this statement from Lieberman.

"In a Senate that is increasingly polarized, the bipartisan center held," said Sen. Joe Lieberman (D-Conn.).

I'm going with the filibuster deal analysis from Liberal Oasis.

I suspect the true impact of this deal will be much more apparent in hindsight, unfortunately.
