Given the amazing and mindboggling spin coming out everyday regarding the Bush SOTU/uranium claims, I found this interview with a 27 year CIA analyst in Truthout.org to be a fascinating read. Ray McGovern’s interpretations of the motivations of Cabinet level personnel, especially that of Powell's, comes from a very different perspective. Note as well his take on Tenet. McGovern gives the chances of an independent assessment of what happened by the House to be nil while this current Administration is in office.
