Wow. Pretty awesome spin that Margaret Spellings places on NCLB in this WaPo oped. You'd almost think NCLB will cure cancer and help balance the budget, without requiring any extra funding. She should try selling the other BushCo policies as well. Oops, sorry, forgot. That's what she used to do before she was tapped to head the Department of Education.
