Friday chocolate pudding

Scharffen Berger chocolate is quite pricey. I haven't decided if buying their chocolate is worth the price but they have a very nice site complete with recipes.

I haven't got over Black Tuesday and I don't know if I ever will in the near future. I'd say it's definitely time for chocolate pudding.

But I did run into their hot chocolate recipe, which was the one I was looking for last week.
