Liberal Street Fighter on Washington state education ballot issues

I'm glad to see that the Liberal Street Fighter blog has commissioned eugene to write about education policy. (I'd also like to see folkbum write on education as well but I see he's on a mission to teach us all how to write better). eugene's first post is out today on the Washington state education issues on the last election ballot.
