Fully funding a bad law is wrong

Here's one more voice to add to the growing chorus: Nel Noddings at Education Week (registration required).

My thesis is simple: The No Child Left Behind Act is a bad law, and a bad law is not made better by fully funding it. Let’s see if I can make a convincing argument to support that thesis.

I like to use Stan Karp's article, Taming the Beast, as another good reference to email out to friends and family.
