Department of Education grants $28 milllion to schools for emergencies

Strange coincidence.

On a day when I was steaming over the 'terra' alerts over schools, the Department of Education coincidentally releases, ta-da!, news that some very special school districts, only 109 of them, will have some moolah to help them deal with emergencies. 28 million buckaroonies isn't to be sneezed at.

Hmm. But wait. Could there be a debate coming up by any chance?

And will Dubya flub his lines and forgit to tie in this wonderful development so that he can brag about what he's doing for the war on terra?
