Glad to see The Hamster go into great detail about that unfunded mandate dictated by NCLB.

Now that the DOE's got the anti-public education mavens ALEC to come out of hiding to cover their asses (to say it's not unfunded, there is enough money to pay for everything, that type of thing), we've got to continue to reiterate what is the reality of NCLB: it is an unfunded mandate designed destroy public education.
