Friday chocolate blogging
So it's come to this: I didn't prepare anything this week so I'm down to revealing my quick and easy secret for loading up on chocolate.
To your cup of low or nonfat chocolate yogurt (or even vanilla yogurt), I add a coupla generous scoops of cocoa.
I'm partial to Ghiradelli's cocoa, the kind where you just add milk or hot water.
One drawback is that it doesn't mix in well; I usually take a small whisk to thoroughly mix the deal else you'll get little dry crunchy chunks of cocoa in your mouthful of yogurt.
I'm sure there's a better way to mix it in but I'm usually in too much of a hurry to figure that out.
Tastes best late at night when you're scrounging around for a chocolate fix.
